I would like to invite you to join us on this new 'Traditions Artist' internet 'list'
This is a "PUBLIC" forum and is not restricted to only Traditions Teachers and Artists. All artists are invited to join.
Our mandate is to network with artists as well as all teachers and share the benefits of the Tradition Paint System and the Educational Programs that are available.
Our goals on this list are two fold. One is to inform and answer questions as they relate to the Traditions System while at the same time create an opportunity to raise the level of education across our painting communities.
Artists are invited to join this list to learn more about 'Traditions' and also share their experiences as it relates to the paint system.

This detailed booklet demonstrates the techniques used to paint the fur and feature areas of dogs. The step by step colour worksheets show the progression of painting a simple eye, nose mouth area and different fur. Makes a great reference tool for painting dogs.

This post beginner, ‘educational’ booklet has been created with the Traditions acrylics 10 colour starter set. The design with created around some of the lessons covered in Module A of the Traditions Education Program. www.jansenarttraditions.com/media/education.html Anyone who has completed module A of this program will have no problem completing this design independently. This booklet contains 5 colour worksheets showing various step by steps and close-ups, several line drawings and over 20 pages of detailed notes. An excellent ‘tool’ for introducing students to both the Traditions acrylic medium and the Education program as well as the independent artist.

This intermediate skill level ‘booklet’ is a follow-up to the ‘Summer Swan’ booklet. Booklet includes 6 colour worksheets displaying several step by steps and close-ups, several line drawings and 26 pages of instruction. Painting Techniques (Booklet)

This is a comprehensive patten packet that consists of 11 "detailed" pages of text outlining painting techniques in great depth. The 27 painting techniques outlined in the "booklet" are also desplayed on one of 6 colour worksheets. This packet also includes a brush technique outline describing the brushes that Moe uses for fur techniques and the brushes used to create them. This is a great reference packet for new and seasoned painters alike!		   
This packet is a "spin off" of the more detailed packet "Startled Wolf." This packet was "recreated" with the beginner in mind, making the pattern an easier one to paint with changed techniques, however the end result is ever as nice as the original it was taken from. This packet also includes three colour worksheets to dispaly 8 painting steps to the worf as well as close up steps for the eyes/ears/nose.

This pattern was originally published in the Feb. 2005, issue of ToleWorld magazine. Although the graphics for this one show a boxer as the sample painted, the instructions in this packet help the purchaser to apply the same principles to any photo they might have of their pet to get the same results.
